A bit about The Wedding Loft:
The oldest town in Tennessee, Jonesborough was chartered by the State of North Carolina in 1779 and laid out in 1780. Prior to statehood, east Tennessee almost became the state of Franklin. The town was named after Willie Jones one for the few North Carolina legislatures who approved of the state’s westward movement. Although the state was named for him, Mr. Jones never visited the town.

Jonesborough has endured many changes but thanks to restoration in the movement of the 1970’s many of the older building are still standing just as beautiful as they were then, Such as the reception area of the WEDDING LOFT. The reception area was built in the 1840’s and the main area was built in the 1900’s . Fully catered receptions are offered in the adjoining 1840's elegantly decorated building, complete with fireplaces or the beautiful courtyard and gardens.

As you prepare for one of the most special days in your life, allow The Wedding Loft to help make all your wedding dreams come true . . . you can relax, take a deep breath, and smile with confidence, when you say "I Do."
